Can I block harassing phone calls?

Yes, Sparklight Phone offers features such as Selective Call Rejection that allow harassing phone calls to be blocked. If this is something that you subscribe to as part of your telephone service, please log in to your Customer Portal to enable this feature by completing the following instructions:

Step 1: Log into your Customer Portal with your Sparklight username and password.

Step 2: Once logged in, select your phone number you wish to block the calls from reaching under the "Phone Line" drop-down menu. If there are multiple numbers we want to enable this feature for, we would need to repeat steps 2-4 for each.

Step 3: Select the "My Features" tab, where you can view your subscribed telephone features.

Step 4: Under the feature "Selective Call Rejection", click "Edit" to Enable the feature and type in up to eight telephone numbers you wish to prevent reaching your Sparklight phone number. Always include the area codes.
