What is TV Everywhere?
Sparklight's TV Everywhere is a streaming service that allows you to enjoy television shows from up to 100 channels with hundreds of hours of available programming via:

Who is eligible?
Only Sparklight customers who subscribe to our Standard Cable level* of cable service can access TV Everywhere programming (this typically includes most of our customers).
* Internet-only customers or customers who subscribe to the Lifeline/Economy Basic level of television services are not eligible for TV Everywhere content according to programming agreements. Please contact us at 877-692-2253 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to upgrade your service. Customers who have recently joined Sparklight from CableAmerica, Fidelity Communications or ValuNet Fiber please use the following phone numbers:

How do I access TV Everywhere?
To access TV Everywhere, visit our TV Everywhere homepage.
Note: If you have joined Sparklight from CableAmerica, Fidelity Communications or ValuNet Fiber, please create a new log-in to the Sparklight version of Watch TV Everywhere. CableAmerica, Fidelity and ValuNet will not be available on WTVE effective Dec. 19, 2024. If you are having trouble after creating your Sparklight log-in, please try these troubleshooting steps:
Logging out of WTVE and/or your programmer app, clear the cache, and then sign in again with your new Sparklight credentials.
- Clear cache and cookies (if on desktop).
- Log out and uninstall, then reinstall any mobile apps (if on smartphone or tablet).
- If on an Apple device, log out of Apple SSO in Settings as well. It’s called “TV Provider.”
- Log out and restart extended devices, then log back in. (Apple TV, Roku, XBOX, Fire Stick, etc.)

* Customers must have a direct billing relationship with Sparklight. This excludes residential bulk customers and business customers. Customers must also receive the channel through their Sparklight connection at home in order to access the online or app content for that channel.
** Channel and Programmer content is not always available on all three methods listed above. Some do not allow an embedded player within a Cable/Satellite TV provider's Watch TV Everywhere portal. In addition, not all channels or programmers have Apple and Android apps to access their content.
