A: At the present time, the acquisition does not impact your NewWave account, services or billing. And your local retail offices and customer care centers are still available to support you. You should continue to contact NewWave for any customer care and/or technical support needs.

A: NewWave and Sparklight share a common commitment to delivery of industry-leading technology so you can expect Sparklight to bring even more advanced services to residents and businesses in the communities we serve. Sparklight is already delivering Gigabit high speed Internet to residential customers in the majority of the communities they serve and they plan to eventually launch similar services in NewWave's markets. In fact, they are committing to invest $60M in our communities over the next three years.
