How do I locate and access blocked email messages in my Sparklight email?
When an email message is blocked as spam, it is placed in the "Spam" folder of your Sparklight web mail. In the event you want to access these messages, complete these simple steps:
Step 1: Log into your Sparklight web mail with your username and password (click here to open the login page).
Step 2: Once you can see your Inbox on the left of the screen, below it you may click the "Spam" option to open the list of blocked emails. Here you may open, move or delete any messages at your leisure. If the "Spam" option is not visible, click the triangle next to folders un the upper left to display all of your hidden folders to locate it.
If you do not see the message that has been sent to you at all, the message may be blocked by the Global Spam filter. If you suspect this to have happened, please contact our tech support team so they can get this issue resolved.
Note: Email messages that have been in Spam for more than thirty days will be deleted automatically. This Spam folder will contain messages blocked by the Sparklight web mail, and does not include 3rd-party security scanners/firewalls or "Junk Mail" folders from email clients.
