Most filtering of unsolicited automated email (also known as spam or junk mail) is handled by a spam filter before those email messages reach your Inbox. Email that might possibly be junk mail, but isn't certain to be junk, can be placed in your Junk folder.
If you receive an email that should be marked as spam, please follow the steps below to report the email. The more spam you mark, the better our system will get at weeding out those specific messages.
To send an email to your spam folder:
1. Check the box next to the message in your inbox.
2. Next, click the Spam button.
3. The email will automatically be sent to the "Spam" Folder.
Note: If you or we mark a good message as spam, click on the Spam folder on the left, place a check in the checkmark box of the message, then click Not Spam at the top of the list.
