I have an error message of "Organizing Program Guide Data, Pick Programs to Record Will be Available in 4 - 8 hours," how do I resolve this?
This message will appear at the bottom of the Pick Programs to Record screen after Guided Setup has been completed. During Guided Setup, your TiVo Digital Video Recorder (DVR) downloaded program information. The DVR is now organizing this information. Until the program information is organized, you will not be able to set up recordings.
You can watch live TV and use Live TV features such as PAUSE and REPLAY while data is being organized. However, you may see incomplete information in the TiVo Live Guide.
Note: This message will disappear when the DVR has finished organizing program information.
