There's an easy two-step process to sign up for the ACP benefit and apply it to your Sparklight services.

STEP ONE                                                                  

Apply to see if you qualify at https://www.getinternet.gov/ and have your ACP application ID ready for step two.

STEP TWO

Visit Sparklight.com/Internet to find the right plan for you and begin your online order.

During the order process, click on the 'I AM ELIGIBLE FOR THE ACP BENEFIT' option in the ACP Benefit section, then select what service(s) you are signing up for. If it's internet only, then choose that option.

When you get to the Account Information section of the online order, you will check the box 'ENROLL IN ACP BENEFIT' and enter your ACP benefit information, including your application ID. This section will also present you with a consent statement and terms and conditions to review and acknowledge.

You will see your ACP discount on your order summary.
