How do I access the "hidden" menu on my DVR?

(Only available on DVR's & HD digital receivers) This hidden menu will allow you to enable closed captioning and adjust the aspect ratio of your HD channels.

Step 1: Verify the DVR or HD Sparklight digital receiver and television is powered on.

Step 2: Using the "Power" button on the front of the DVR box or HD Sparklight digital receiver box, power off the digital receiver and immediately press the ''Menu'' button twice.

Step 3: In the current screen you are able to change closed captioning and aspect ratio accordingly.
