The MySparklight mobile app offers automated troubleshooting to help get you back to enjoying your internet service quicker.
Once you are logged in to the app, click on Support from the bottom, then on Sparklight Smart Check.
The system check will now begin.
It will go through checking for outages, checking account issues, and checking for service issues.
If there's an outage in your area, you'll see this reflected in the message. You may see a message similar to this one:
If there's a billing issue, you may see a similar message to this one:
Note: If you have joined Sparklight from CableAmerica, Fidelity, Hargray or ValuNet, please be aware that select Sparklight tools may not yet be fully integrated for your account.
