Here's a quick overview of the MySparklight app:
HOME
The Home screen provides a quick snapshot of your account and the features you use most. This will allow you to watch featured videos and announcements, and navigate easily to the Billing, Service, Support, and Account sections. You can also manage Auto Pay and Paperless Billing with clear status indicators and stay updated with messages from Sparklight about enhancements and service improvements.
BILLING
In the Billing Services section, you can easily view and manage your billing and payment details. The Bill Summary shows your total amount due and due date with a convenient Make a Payment option. You can also check your Auto Pay status, update your payment methods, or turn Auto Pay on or off as needed. Paperless Billing allows you to view and update your enrollment status and linked email. You can opt in and out at any time. Additional billing options include managing payment methods, viewing a bill breakdown, reviewing payment history, and accessing billing statements.
SUPPORT
The Support section helps you find answers and get assistance quickly by browsing FAQs and topics like Billing, Internet, WiFi, and more. You can use the search bar to locate articles or connect directly with Sparklight Customer Support through the Contact Us section.
ACCOUNT
In the Account section, you can manage your personal settings and preferences, including updating your profile details, password, and security settings, as well as controlling email and text notifications. You can also view the app version, privacy policy, terms & conditions, submit feedback, or securely log out of the app.
