If you receive your bill by email, you’ll automatically get a secure link to your Bill Explainer each month. Just click the link in your bill notification email — that’s it. No password or portal login required.

Your Bill Explainer shows a snapshot of your account at the time your bill was created. Payments made after the bill print date will appear on your next bill.
Why does the summary show only a few reasons my bill changed?
The top of the Bill Explainer highlights up to four of the most significant changes. You can view the full breakdown by selecting “What changed?” or reviewing your complete statement.
My Bill Explainer doesn’t say this is my final bill — why?
The Bill Explainer doesn’t identify final bills. It reflects your last regular bill and may not include final adjustments or credits.
Why don’t I have the Bill Explainer yet?
The tool is rolling out in phases. Right now, it’s available for customers who receive their bills by email. If you receive your bill another way, or if you subscribe to Sparklight video services, you may not have access yet.
Can I still contact Sparklight if I have questions?
Of course. The Bill Explainer is designed to help answer most questions, but our team is always here if you need additional support.
