How will I know my payment was successfully processed?
Your last payment amount will appear in your Online Payment History. You will also receive a confirmation email from Sparklight confirming your payment.
How long does it take for my payment to post to my account?
Depending on how your payment is made, the posting time will vary. If the bill is printed before the payment is made, it will reflect online and over the IVR once it posts to the account, but the paper bill will not reflect the payment until the next month.
