Auto Pay
Have your payment automatically made every month. With Auto Pay, you no longer need to worry about forgetting to pay causing late payments. Your payment will automatically be deducted from your account each month. To sign up for Auto Pay, please click here and log into your account.

Quick Pay
Use Quick Pay to make a one-time payment without logging in to your account. All you need is your account number and zip code.

Online Payment
Make a one-time payment online with your Credit or Debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Log in to your Sparklight Online Account to pay your bill online. If you have forgotten your username or password, refer to this support article.
Note: Making an online payment does not automatically sign you up for Auto Pay. You must turn Auto Pay ON in your account profile.

Pay by Phone
To pay your bill by phone, simply give us a call at 877-692-2253 and use our automated system or choose to talk to one of our Customer Service agents for additional help.
Note: There is a $10 convenience charge for making a payment over the phone with a representative.

Local Bill-Pay Locations
Visit one of our many convenient third-party locations where you can pay a bill in person. To find the nearest location, click here then enter your address, city, or zip code.

Mail
To pay by mail, simply send a check or money order made out to Sparklight for the total due to the address below. Please write your account number on the check and include the tear-off section of the first page of the bill to ensure your payment gets posted to the appropriate account.

Note: Payment can be posted the same day a check is received. If we cannot collect your payment due to insufficient funds in your account, a service charge up to the maximum allowed by the law will be debited from your account.

Auto Pay
- How will I know my payment was successfully processed?

Your last payment amount will appear in your Online Payment History. You will also receive a confirmation email from Sparklight confirming your most recent online payment.
- How long does it take for my payment to post to my account?

Depending on the payment method, the posting time will vary. Posted payments will be reflected online and via Sparklight’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system when you call Customer Support. Paper bills will not reflect the payments until the following month.

Sometimes bills are produced before all the payments are processed in our computer system. Please contact Sparklight Billing Support at 877-692-2253 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at 877-692-2253 or via online chat by logging into your Sparklight account.
