A. Unfortunately, we cannot port an 800 number to Sparklight Phone service. However, 800 numbers will work with Sparklight Phone Service. In many cases, your 800 number provider will allow you to keep your 800 number and redirect to your new Sparklight phone number. If you are porting your home phone number, your existing 800 service should function as it has.
