The first step to start using the MySparklight app is to download it.

Download the app on the App Store via this link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mysparklight/id6469003880.

Click GET

Download the app on Google Play via this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sparklight&hl=en_US.

Click Install

You can also search for the app by typing in MySparklight in the search bar. For help with downloading an app view How Do I Download an App?

Once you download the app, OPEN the app. Click Login. Then, use your Sparklight online account login info to log in. There are also links to reset a password, register, and to pay a bill without signing in.

Please note that only customers with internet service can log in to the app. Only Primary Admin or Admin role users can log in to the app.

Once you log in, you'll need to read and accept the terms and conditions to use the app.

You'll then be prompted about notifications. You can select options for app, text, and email notifications. Learn more about Notifications in our support article.

Help Logging In

If you forgot your password or username, click the I forgot my password or I forgot my username link. Verify your information to gain access to your account.

Select the No Account? Register Now option if you do not have a Sparklight online account. Enter the required information, including your account number, and click Register.
