Updated Navigation Menu: We've updated the menu designed to enhance usability and accessibility across the Online Account Experience. The refreshed navigation makes it easier to find key sections, improves clarity of labels, and supports a more intuitive experience for all users.
Service Section Enhancements: This release also introduces an expanded visibility into your current services right within your online account dashboard. Improvements include clearer plan names and key details across Internet, Video, and Phone services.

Service Details Include:
- Internet: Plan Name & Speeds — View the name of your Internet plan along with current speed tiers available on your account.
- Video: Plan Name and Channel Lineup — See the name of your Video plan plus a summary of your channel lineup where available.
- Phone: Plan Name and Link to Phone Management — Easily identify your Phone plan and access Phone Management tools (available in select areas).

Pending Activation Experience: You can now access your Sparklight Online Account Experience before your service is activated. This update provides visibility into your selected installation type and FAQs for next steps. Once your installation is complete, your full Sparklight Online Account Experience will become available.

Text Notifications Management: You can now manage your text message preferences, including opt-ins and Mobile Phone Number, directly from the Account Settings Notifications section. This update applies to text alerts related to Appointments, Outages, and Billing.

Proactive Outage Notifications: You will now be notified at the top of the Homepage if we can detect that there is an outage in your area and when it is expected to be resolved.
