The Services page in the MySparklight mobile app gives you a quick view of the services included with your account.
How to Access the Services Page
- Open the MySparklight app.
- Tap Service in the bottom navigation bar.
- The Services page will open, displaying all active services on your account.
What You’ll See on the Services Page
Your services are grouped into easy-to-read cards based on the type of service you have.
Internet
If you have Internet service, you’ll see:
- Your current Internet plan (for example, 1 Gig Internet)
- Download speed (e.g., 1000 Mbps)
- Upload speed (e.g., 50 Mbps)
This information reflects the plan currently associated with your account.
TV & Video
If TV service is active on your account, this section shows:
- Your TV package name (for example, Standard Sparklight TV Plus, Economy Sparklight TV Plus)
- A View Channel Lineup button
Click on the View Channel Lineup button to review the channels included with your TV package.
Phone Service
If you have home phone service, this section displays:
- Your phone plan name (for example, Unlimited Home Phone)
- A Manage Phone Service button
Click on the Manage Phone Service button to access phone-related options and settings.
Service Status & Outages
The Stay Connected with Confidence section allows you to check for service disruptions in your area.
- Select Check Service Status to see if there are any known outages or service interruptions affecting your service address.
- Status information is based on your location and reflects current known issues.
Use this option if you are experiencing connectivity issues or want to confirm whether an outage has been reported in your area.
Notes
- Only services active on your account are displayed.
- Service details shown on this page are for informational purposes and may not include all plan features.
- If a service is missing, ensure you are signed in with the correct account details.
