The Data Usage feature allows you to view your current internet data usage, remaining data, and historical usage details.
How to Access Data Usage
Data Usage is accessed from the Services Page.
- Open the mobile app.
- Tap Service in the bottom navigation bar.
- The Services Page opens, displaying your active services.
- Locate your Internet service card.
- In the Data Usage section, tap View Data Usage.
You will be taken to the Data Usage page.
Services Page: Data Usage Preview
On the Services Page, your Internet service card shows a preview of your current data usage.
What You’ll See
- Data Usage Bar
A horizontal progress bar showing how much of your total data allowance has been used. - Usage Percentage
Displays the percentage of data used during the current billing period. - GB Used
Shows how much data has been consumed so far. - GB Left
Shows how much data remains in the current billing period. - GB Total
Displays the total data included in your plan.- View Data Usage Opens the detailed Data Usage page.
This section provides a quick snapshot of your current data usage at a glance.
Data Usage Page Overview
The Data Usage page provides detailed information about your internet data usage during the current billing period.
What You’ll See
- Data usage gauge
A circular visual showing data used versus data remaining. - GB used and GB left
Displayed alongside the gauge for quick reference. - Billing period
Shows the start and end dates of the current usage cycle. - Days remaining
Indicates how many days are left in the billing period.
Historical Usage
Below the usage summary, the Historical Usage section allows you to review how your data has been used over time.
Daily Usage
The Daily Usage tab shows data usage broken out by individual day for the selected date range.
What You Can View
- Daily total data usage
- Separate values for Download (GB) and Upload (GB)
Available Views
- Graph view to visualize daily usage trends
- List view to see exact daily usage amounts
Use the view toggle icon to switch between graph and list views.
Monthly Usage
The Monthly Usage tab displays data usage grouped by calendar month.
What You Can View
- Total data usage per month
- Longer‑term usage trends
Monthly Usage is available in both graph and list views.
Date Range Selection
- Use the date selector to choose the billing or usage period you want to review.
- Usage data updates automatically based on the selected date range.
eero Wi‑Fi Banner
At the bottom of the Data Usage page, you may see an eero Wi‑Fi banner.
What This Is
The banner highlights an optional eero Wi‑Fi solution designed to help provide fast, reliable Wi‑Fi coverage throughout your home.
What You Can Do
- Tap Download App to install the eero app from your device’s app store.
Note:
The eero banner does not impact your data usage, billing, or service details. Availability may vary by account and service plan.

- Data usage information is provided for informational purposes and may not reflect real‑time usage.
- Only services active on your account are displayed.
- If data usage appears missing or incorrect, confirm you are signed in with the correct account.
