Our records indicate you are currently using a modem that is not capable of fully delivering your internet speeds. In order to fully enjoy your speeds and enjoy the reliability of your internet service, you must upgrade your modem to a new one that can deliver your internet speed.

SPARKLIGHT PROVIDED MODEM
If you have a Sparklight provided modem, a key benefit is that replacement with a newer, advanced technology DOCSIS 3.1 modem, is available at no extra charge. Replacement is easy - simply bring your current modem to our office, and we'll provide a replacement DOCSIS 3.1 modem along with instructions on how to replace your modem.
CUSTOMER OWNED MODEM
If you own your own modem, the following options are available:
1. Purchase a DOCSIS 3.1 modem from a retail store. If you wish to purchase a new modem, please review our list of before purchasing. Easy to follow instructions on how to replace your modem can be printed to assist in changing out your modem.
2. Lease a DOCSIS 3.1 modem from Sparklight. If you wish to lease a modem, please contact us at 1-877-692-2253. Office hours may vary, so please check your local office hours and locations. Leasing a modem is a great option as future modem upgrades are at no additional charge. Plus, if your leased modem ever fails, we'll replace it for free.
