To access your phone features and listen to your voicemail online, navigate to your CommPortal at https://phone.sparklight.com.
Through CommPortal, you can:
- Listen to voicemail and view missed, received or dialed calls
- Manage your contacts
- Set up call forwarding or Do Not Disturb preferences
- Change your password
If you haven't yet set up your CommPortal account, visit https://phone.sparklight.com.
- USERNAME: Your 10-digit Sparklight phone number.

Please note: The Economy Package only includes the telephone features "Customer Originated Trace" and "Outbound Caller ID".
