Can I use a relay phone with my Sparklight Phone service?

Yes, teletype machines are compatible with the Sparklight Phone service. Devices such as TTY machines, medical alert service transmitters, and other special access devices are all supported by our vendors and the Sparklight network.

Sparklight customers can access the national TTY relay services by dialing 711 from their Sparklight Phone line.
