Subscribe to New Services

Change Existing Services
You can change the services in your subscription in one of two ways:
- To upgrade your services, log in to your existing Sparklight account by visiting the Customer Login page, or
- For other changes to your existing internet plan or for further assistance, Sparklight Sales Support can be reached Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 877-687-1332. or by chat at www.sparklight.com/chat.
Cancel Services
IF YOU HAVE LEASED EQUIPMENT
If you are leasing equipment from Sparklight, such as a cable modem, digital receiver, DVR, etc., please return the equipment to your local office, and your service will be scheduled for disconnect at that time. In some cases, a technician can be scheduled to pick up any equipment that needs to be returned for a convenience fee of $45, subject to limitations.

IF YOU OWN YOUR EQUIPMENT
If you own your equipment, it does not need to be returned. Please call Sparklight Billing at 877-692-2253 to arrange the disconnection of services.
