Can I receive collect calls with Sparklight phone service?

You will not be able to receive collect calls with Sparklight Phone service. The customer or the party trying to call will need access to a calling card or separate company that they pay. If someone is calling from a prison, they may have to use a calling card to reach anybody with Sparklight Phone service.
