How do I prevent being charged anything extra for calls made with Sparklight Phone?

Sparklight Phone offers a Toll Blocking feature which allows calls that would be charged a toll (such as International calls) to be blocked. This feature can be enabled by logging into your Customer Portal and changing the "My Phone Settings".
