Make a one-time payment on the MySparklight App with your Credit or Debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You can also pay using your bank account information. 

Click on your app and log in using your Sparklight Online Account information. If you do not have the mobile app yet or if you have forgotten your username or password, you may view How Do I Get Started with the MySparklight Mobile App for instructions.

After logging in, you will see your payment amount due and due date in the Bill Summary section. Click on View Details and then proceed to make a payment.

Choose your payment amount and payment method to proceed. If you have saved payment methods, you can choose to pay with one of your saved payment methods, or you can add a new payment method. Once you have completed this step, you'll click Continue.

In the Review Your Payment section, you'll confirm the payment amount and payment method selected, add in your security code (if you're using a card), agree to the terms and conditions, then proceed to Confirm Payment when you are ready to proceed with your payment.

You'll receive a success message when your payment is complete.
