- Launch the mobile app on your device. If you haven't installed it yet, download now to start enjoying a seamless connection and unparalleled control over your internet service.

Sign In to Your Account
- Use your registered username and password to sign in. If you don't have an account, you can register for an online account.

Navigate to the Service Management Section
- From the home screen, tap on the Account button located at the bottom of the screen and choose Profile.

Select Change Service
- In the Manage My Service section, find and click on the Change Service option
- You will be presented with various service plans and options. Select the plan that best suits your needs and follow the prompts to complete the change.

Navigate to the Service Management Section

Select Cancel Service
- In the Manage My Service section, find and click on the Cancel Service option.
- Before you decide to cancel, consider changing your service instead or contact us if you need to pause your service temporarily.
- If you decide to cancel, click on the Cancel Service option under the Manage My Service section.
- Help us improve our service by letting us know why you decided to cancel.
- You will be asked to confirm your cancellation.
