Enabling or Disabling Closed Captioning

Enabling or disabling Closed Captioning on your digital receiver is easy! You can follow the steps listed below or watch the video tutorial to show you how.

1. Turn your DVR box off by pressing the power button.
2. Press the ’Menu’ button once on your Sparklight remote. This will access the user setting screen.
3. Press the arrow button down to ‘Closed Caption.’
4. To select ‘Closed Caption’ press the ‘Ok/Select’ button on the remote. This will enable closed captioning.
5. Press the power button twice to power on your TV.

To disable Closed Captioning, repeat the steps above, which will turn off Closed Captioning.
