The DMCA notice system is a tool to help enforce the protections that the DMCA provides.
To protect copyright owners from infringement, DMCA allows copyright owners to ask website administrators and/or service providers to remove infringing material quickly without having to resort to litigation. Sparklight links those complaints to the account which has infringed on the copyright.
How can I get a copy of the DMCA Complaint?
Sparklight provides a copy of the infringement which is accessible by logging into your Customer Portal
Follow these steps to retrieve a copy of the complaint:

Log into your customer portal: Customer Portal.

Click the "Services" tab on the top navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the "Your Internet Plan" section.
- If you have a DMCA Complaint, you will see a notification. Click on "Copyright Notices".

How do I dispute a DMCA Complaint?
To dispute the complaint you will need to contact the complainant directly. The contact information for the complainant can be found by logging into your Customer Portal.
