An online account allows you to pay your bill, check your internet usage, view calling history, and even upgrade your Internet services. To register for an online account, follow the instructions below.
How to register for an Online Account
Step 1: Go to the Create username page and enter your billing account number, zip code and preferred contact phone number and click “Register/Reclaim Username”. Be sure to have your billing account number, zip code and phone number to create to your account. You can find your billing account number on your most recent billing statement.
Step 2: Enter the Sparklight username you would like to register and click “Next” to continue.
Step 3: Enter a password within both password boxes. Select your password reset question of your choice and enter the personal answer to the question. Click “Next” to continue.
Step 4: Enter an existing email address to link to your new Sparklight username (example: Gmail, Yahoo or MSN) and click “Next” to continue.
Step 5: Verify the information is correct and click “Create Username” to complete the process.
Upon completion, a final page will be presented confirming your new Sparklight username has been created and is available for use.
