I Forgot My Sparklight Username
If you forgot your Username, go to your Sparklight Online Account, and click on I forgot my username.
Enter your account number, zip code, and phone number, then click on REGISTER/RECLAIM USERNAME. Your Username will appear above Account Number as displayed on the screenshot below.
I Forgot my Password
If you forgot your password, click on I forgot my password from your Sparklight Online Account.
Enter your username and click on SIGN IN to move forward.
You will then be prompted to answer your security question and create a new password.
Once you have entered your security question answer and your new password twice, click RESET PASSWORD.
Please log in with your new password.
I Want to Change my Account Password
It’s easy to change your account password via your Sparklight Online Account. Log in to the Sparklight Online Account and follow the steps below.
NOTE: Changing your password for the account does not change your WiFi password.
- After logging in to your online account, click on your username in the upper right-hand corner and then choose the “Profile Settings” option.
- Under the “Password'' section, click on the edit icon to change the account password.
- Enter in a new password that meets the minimum requirements, then click ''Change Password''.
Password guidelines:
- It must be different than your username
- It must contain 8 to 20 characters
- It must include an upper and lower case letter and a number
- It must include at least one of these special characters %, &, _, ?, #, =, -
- Your new password cannot have any spaces and will be case sensitive
