Find Your Sparklight Account Number — Use Our Lookup Tool
Are you new to Sparklight’s upgraded billing system and need to find your new account number to set up your online account — or for any other reason? Our lookup tool has you covered! Follow the instructions below to get your updated information.
How to Use the Tool
- Access the Tool: Go to the Sparklight Account Lookup Tool page.

Enter Your Current Account Number:
- Find the field labeled "Current Account Number" and enter your existing account number (the account number you’ve used previously).
- Enter the correct number to avoid errors.

Select Current Brand Name:
- Click on the dropdown menu labeled "Current Brand Name".
- A list of brand names will appear:
- Hargray*
- Cable America
- Fidelity
- ValuNet
- Select the brand associated with your current account.
*This tool will not display an updated account number for former Hargray customers until those accounts are transitioned to the new billing system in July.
- Retrieve Account Number: Click the "Retrieve Account Number" button.

System Displays Account Information:
- The system will validate your details and retrieve your new Sparklight Account Number.
- If the details match, a success message will appear:
- "We found your account information. Use your New Account Number below to start the registration process."

Masked Phone Number Display:
- Along with your new Sparklight Account Number, the phone number linked to your account will be displayed in a masked format (e.g., (###) ###-8912).
- This format protects your privacy by showing only the last four digits.

Proceed with Registration:
- Click the "Start Registration" button to set up your account.
- Your account number and masked phone number will be auto-populated on the registration page.
