After you log in to your Sparklight Online Account, go to the 'Services' tab on the top navigation menu. Then click on the sub-tab 'Upgrade.'
You'll see your current plan, monthly charge, and upgrade options. Please ensure your modem can provide your new speed. Sparklight requires customers to use a DOCSIS 3.1 or higher Modem. These modems incorporate the latest technology, can deliver faster Internet speeds, and have a longer expected lifetime. You can view a list of Supported Modems to learn more about modem capabilities.
Please note that you can only upgrade your internet service online. To add or upgrade phone or video services, chat with us or call us Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, at 1-877-687-1413.
