If leasing a Sparklight modem compatible with this feature, you can update your WiFi password within your Sparklight Online Account.

After you log in to your Sparklight Online Account, go to the 'Services' tab on the top navigation menu. Click on the 'Internet' sub-tab if it doesn't automatically open.
Scroll down to the 'WiFi Network' section. You'll find your WiFi name (SSID) here, which will automatically appear, and your password, which will be masked.
Note that we've removed the SSID from the images below.
Click 'Retrieve Password' to view your password.
To change your password, click 'Change Password' and type in your new password in the 'New Password' and 'Confirm New Password' sections. Then click on the 'Change Password' button. Your SSID will automatically appear.
If your modem is not supported, you will see a message that will let you know; the message will include a list of compatible modems.
