Customers who have Sparklight Internet can log in to their Sparklight Online Account, and in the Make the Switch to Sparklight TV banner, click on 'Click to Get Started' to start the process.
On the Equipment Check step, you'll see if your current modem is optimal for your services. You'll also confirm you have a Sparklight TV compatible device before proceeding to the next step.
Next, you will go through the 'Switching Services' step, which provides information about returning your cable equipment and reconfirms you are ready to make the switch.
Then you'll move to the 'Activate Sparklight TV' step, which ensures we have the correct email address you'll use for your Sparklight TV account.
This step will continue to a second page, where you'll see your bill summary—including your current and new bill information. You will also find the plan details and the Sparklight TV terms and conditions. Once you review and acknowledge the information on the page, you may click the 'Activate' button to complete your switch.
You'll receive a congratulations message letting you know you have successfully switched to Sparklight TV and instructions to set up your Sparklight TV.
