- Use your registered username and password to sign in. If you don't have an account, you can register for an online account.

A: Yes, if you prefer to continue receiving printed statements by mail, you can opt-out of paperless billing. To opt out of paperless billing, open the mySparklight mobile app, sign in, go to Billing from the home screen, and in the Paperless Billing section select Manage.
Click on the Edit button in the Email Notifications section. On the next screen, enter the email address you wish to set as the primary email address for your account and then Click 'Save'.
