The MySparklight Residential mobile app makes it simple to track your Sparklight Internet activation status. Residential customers will see clear status details and guidance when their service is in a pending activation status.
View Your Pending Activation Status
Open the MySparklight App
- Launch the MySparklight App on your mobile device.
- Sign in with your Sparklight username and password.
- Your dashboard will display your current activation status.
If you have already started the activation process, you’ll see a Pending Status message and the fulfillment option you selected.
Pending Status Messages
Depending on the fulfillment option you selected (such as equipment shipment or in-store pickup), the app may display different pending messages to reflect your activation progress.
Add Sparklight Mobile (Eligible Customers Only)
If you qualify for Sparklight Mobile, you may see an Add Sparklight Mobile option within the app.
- Selecting this option will redirect you to Reach’s mobile site to complete your setup.
- This option appears only for eligible residential customers.

What Happens After Your Internet Service Is Activated
Once your Sparklight Internet service has been successfully activated, your app experience will update automatically. You will see the standard MySparklight Mobile App view, including full access to Billing Payment features.

The Pending Activation experience in the MySparklight App applies only to residential customers.
