My digital picture is pixilating and/or freezing. What can I do to fix it?

Step 1: Unplug the power cord to the digital receiver

Step 2: Double check all connections. They should be “finger-tight”.

Step 3: Plug in the power cord to the digital receiver.

Step 4: Please wait 5-15 minutes for the digital receiver to be operational.
