Individual channels may experience short outages for many different reasons. Please wait 30 minutes to see if the channel becomes available again. If the channel doesn't come back, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Reboot the Sparklight digital receiver by removing the power cable from the back of the cable box.
Step 2: Reconnect the power cable. Please allow up to 20 minutes for all channels to appear.
