From time to time you may experience issues with your TV service such as the ones indicated below:
- Poor Picture Quality (lines, static, snow)
- Error Message "One Moment Please. This Channel Will be Available Shortly"
- Error Message "Channel Not Available" if you are subscribed to the channel
- Tiling or freezing of picture
Many times, these issues can be fixed by completing the steps below.
Step 1: Verify the coaxial cable between the outlet and Sparklight digital receiver (or TV if there is no digital receiver) is secure and finger tight.
Step 2: Unplug the power to the Sparklight digital receiver for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
