Once you log in to your mySparklight Mobile App. From the home screen, tap on the Account button located at the bottom of the screen.
Locate and tap on the Notifications option.
- Open the Mobile App
- Launch the mobile app on your device. If you haven't installed it yet, download now to start enjoying a seamless connection and unparalleled control over your internet service.
- Sign In to Your Account
- Use your registered username and password to sign in. If you don't have an account, you can register for an online account.
- Navigate to the Account Section
- From the home screen, tap on the Account icon located at the bottom of the screen.
- From the home screen, tap on the Account icon located at the bottom of the screen.
- Notifications
- Tap Notifications from the Account menu.
- Tap Notifications from the Account menu.
- Then, click on Edit Text Notification
- Next, tap the Edit button next to the Text Notifications section. On the following screen, change the mobile phone on file by adding the new number you'd like to use and clicking 'Save.' During this process, you can opt in or out of the available text alerts.
- Confirmation
- You'll receive a success message letting you know your changes were saved.
