- Open the Mobile App
- Launch the mySparklight mobile app on your device. If you haven't installed it yet, download now to start enjoying a seamless connection and unparalleled control over your internet service.
- Sign In to Your Account
- Use your registered username and password to sign in. If you don't have an account, you can register for an online account.
- Navigate to the Account Section
- From the home screen, tap on the Account icon located at the bottom of the screen.

- Notifications
- Tap Notifications from the Account menu.
- Tap Notifications from the Account menu.
- Edit Email Notifications
- Click on the Edit button in the Email Notifications section. On the next screen, enter the email address you wish to set as the primary email address for your account and then Click 'Save'.
- During this process, you can also easily opt in or out of the paperless billing.
