The Billing section in the MySparklight Mobile App allows you to manage payments, review billing statements, and update billing preferences. You can quickly access common tasks, such as viewing your current bill as well as past statements, viewing payment history, making quick payments, managing your scheduled Auto Pay, and more.
View Your Current Bill
The Bill Summary screen provides an overview of your current billing status, including your total balance and payment due date.
To view your bill:
- Open the MySparklight Mobile App.
- Tap Billing in the bottom navigation.
- Your Bill Summary appears at the top of the screen.
From the Bill Summary you can see:
- Total amount due
- Payment due date
- Make a Payment button for quick payments
View Bill Breakdown
The Bill Breakdown screen provides a detailed view of your monthly charges.
To view your bill breakdown:
- Tap Billing in the bottom navigation.
- Tap View Bill Breakdown.
You can review:
- Plan charges
- Device payments (if applicable)
- Taxes and fees
- Credits and adjustments
- Total monthly amount
Make a Payment
You can make a quick one-time payment directly in the app.
To make a payment:
- Tap Billing in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Make a Payment.
- Select a saved payment method or add a new one.
- Confirm your payment.
Manage Payment Methods
You can add, update, or remove your saved payment methods.
To manage payment methods:
- Tap Billing in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Manage Payment Methods.
From here you can:
- Add a new payment method
- Remove an existing payment method
- Update the payment method used for Auto Pay
Set Up Auto Pay
Never miss a payment! Auto Pay automatically pays your bill each month by your due date using a saved payment method.
To enable Auto Pay:
- Tap Billing in the bottom navigation.
- In the Auto Pay card, tap Manage.
- Choose your preferred payment method.
- Confirm Auto Pay enrollment.
Change Auto Pay Payment Method
If you are already enrolled in Auto Pay, you can update the payment method at any time.
To change your Auto Pay method:
- Open Billing.
- In the Auto Pay card, tap Manage.
- Select Change Auto Pay Method.
- Choose a new payment method and confirm.
Go Paperless!
With Paperless Billing, get your monthly statements in your email instead of by paper mail.
To enable Paperless Billing:
- Tap Billing in the bottom navigation.
- In the Paperless Billing card, tap Manage.
- Under Email Notifications, tap Edit.
- Turn the Paperless Billing toggle ON.
View Past Billing Statements
You can view and download past billing statements in PDF format.
To view billing statements:
- Tap Billing in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Billing Statements.
- Select the statement you want to review.
Each statement includes:
- Summary of charges
- Previous balance and payments
- Taxes and fees
- Total amount due
- Option to download the PDF
Statements can be downloaded to your device for your records.
View Payment History
Payment History allows you to see your past payments and transaction details.
To view payment history:
- Tap Billing in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Payment History.
You can review:
- Payment dates
- Payment amounts
- Payment methods used
- Transaction status
