Auto Pay is a safe, simple way to save time, money and frustration. And best of all, it's FREE*.

It's simple, to enroll, just click here and sign up online in a few easy steps.
*A 3% surcharge applies to Auto Pay payments using a credit card. To avoid this surcharge, please use a debit card or checking/savings account as your payment method.
Note: Prepaid cards cannot be used for Auto Pay or payment method storage.
Q. Why can't I choose my Auto Pay date?
A. When enrolling into Auto Pay you will be automatically assigned a payment date based on your billing
cycle and bill due date. You will not be able to select a payment date during the sign-up process. If you
would like to change your due date, the balance on your account must be paid in full before you can
change your billing date.
To make changes to your billing date after enrollment, please contact Sparklight Billing Support via online
chat or at 877-692-2253 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to make changes to your
current billing cycle.
Q.What is the difference between Auto Pay and having a stored payment method on file?
A. With Auto Pay, your Sparklight bill is paid automatically each month using the payment method you select. Storing a payment method simply saves it to your account for convenient future use — you’ll still need to initiate each payment unless you enroll in Auto Pay.
Q. What happens if my payment method expires?
A. If the credit or debit card you have on file with us for Auto Pay is going to expire you may go online at mybill.cableone.net, sign in and update the payment method. As long as you provide this information prior to the month the card expires, your monthly bill will continue to be paid via Auto Pay.
Q. How can I be sure that my account has been paid with Auto Pay?
A. You will receive an email confirmation notice that a payment has been made.
Q. How do I update my email address that my Auto Pay confirmations are sent to?
A. . You can update the email address on your account directly from your Online Account.
Step 1: Log in to your online customer account.
Step 2: Go to Account Settings > Profile Settings.
Step 3: In your Profile Settings, select the option to add or edit your email address.
Step 4: Enter your updated email address and save your changes.
Your updated email address will then be reflected on your account for communications, including Auto Pay confirmations.
Q. Will the automatic payment ever be different from my monthly statement?
A. In some cases, your monthly automatic withdrawal can be different than your monthly statement. For example, if services are purchased after your statement is printed but before your automatic payment date, the withdrawal amount will include service charges.
