As we continue to invest in the Nova1Net community, we’re moving forward with two important milestones — your upgraded Sparklight® billing experience is now live, and the transition to the Sparklight brand continues this winter.
This system upgrade gives you improved tools, easier ways to manage your account and pay your bill, helpful new payment options and a more seamless, modern experience overall.
What’s New
Your upgraded Sparklight billing experience and online account are now available.
Your new Sparklight account number can be found at the top of your monthly statement, in your new Sparklight online account (registration instructions below) or on the MySparklight App (available on the App Store and Google Play).
You’ll now enjoy:
- Access to the new online account and the MySparklight app
- Enhanced tools for Auto Pay, payments and viewing your bill
- Quick Pay for one-time online payments without logging in
- New in-person payment locations at MoneyGram, Western Union and participating Walmart locations
- More-accurate tax calculations based on your 9-digit ZIP code
- With more to come as the transition to Sparklight continues
How to Create Your New Online Account
Visit customer.sparklight.com
Select “NO ACCOUNT? REGISTER NOW”
Enter your new 16-digit Sparklight account number and complete the remaining fields
Once you’re registered, you can:
- View your statement
- Update your payment method
- Confirm your Auto Pay settings or enroll/re-enroll (if needed)
- Make one-time payments using Quick Pay (also available without registration)
- Manage your services, billing and preferences
- Download and use the MySparklight app
What You Need to Know About Payments
You now have improved options for paying your bill:
- Online portal & MySparklight app — Manage Auto Pay, view your bill and make payments anytime.
- Quick Pay — Make a fast one-time payment without logging in.
- New in-person payment locations — MoneyGram, Western Union or participating vendors at local Walmart stores. (Be sure to use your new 16-digit Sparklight account number.)
- By mail — Use the new remittance address shown on your new statement.
- By phone — Access our fully automated payment system or speak with a friendly representative when needed.
Important Notes:
- Payments will no longer be accepted at the local Nova1Net office.
- American Express is no longer accepted for any payments.
Auto Pay Customers
If your payment method is current (and not American Express), your Auto Pay should continue without interruption. However, we recommend signing in to your new Sparklight account to confirm your payment method and billing details.
A few important reminders:
- Your draft date may shift slightly by a day or two.
- If you use a bank or third-party payment service, please update it with your new 16-digit account number and updated remittance address.
- You may receive legitimate billing emails from our trusted payment partner, U.S. Bank (sent from sparklight@billerpayments.com). We will never ask for your login information or request that you click links in an email.
New Phone System Features
As part of the billing system upgrade, your phone experience has been improved as well. Beginning Nov. 25, our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system includes new tools that make it easier to get the help you need quickly. These updates are designed to reduce wait times and connect you to the right information faster.
Here’s what’s now available:
Smarter account identification
- The system will automatically try to match your caller ID to your account.
- If it can’t find a match, you’ll be asked for the phone number on your account or your new 16-digit Sparklight account number.
Faster payment options by phone
If the system identifies your account, you’ll be able to:
- Make a payment directly through the IVR
- Hear your total or past-due balance
- Review your last payment details (when available)
What’s Not Changing
- Your current service plan and pricing will remain the same.
- You’ll continue using your existing login credentials for Sparklight TV and the Sparklight TV app — no updates needed.
- You’ll still receive the same friendly, local service you’ve come to know.

We’ll continue sharing helpful updates as we move through the brand transition from Nova1Net to Sparklight. In the meantime, your upgraded billing tools are ready when you are — and designed to make managing your account simpler than ever.
