What happens if my credit card expires?
If the credit or debit card you have on file with us for Sparklight Easy Pay is going to expire, update your card information in your Customer Portal. As long as you provide this information prior to the month the card expires, your monthly bill will continue to be paid via Sparklight Easy Pay.
To update your card information, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Log into your customer portal: Customer Portal.
Step 2: Click the "Billing" tab on the top navigation bar.
Step 3: Next, click the "Manage Easy Pay" link located below the "Make Payment" button or under the Quick Links section.
Step 4: To update the card that you have on file, click the "edit" icon to the right.
Step 5: Update your card information and click "Save".
