What happens if my credit card expires?

• Login to your Sparklight Online Account using your username and password. Check our support article if you forgot your username or password.

• Navigate to the Billing section, you will see your payment amount due and due date.

• To edit a payment method, click on the edit button and update the information. For security reasons, payment method account numbers cannot be edited, so if the account number changed, you will need to add a new payment method.
  
  TIP: If the credit card account number changed, you will need to deactivate Auto Pay for the expired card, add or select a new payment method, and re-activate Auto Pay on the new card.
  
  
• You may need to enter your email address.
  
  
• Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  
  
• Submit to save the changes.
