What happens if my credit card expires?
If the credit or debit card you have on file with us for Auto Pay is going to expire, update your card information in your Sparklight Online Account. As long as you provide this information prior to the month the card expires, your monthly bill will continue to be paid via Auto Pay.
To update your card information, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Log into your Sparklight Online Account.
Step 2: Click the 'Billing' tab on the top navigation menu.
Step 3: Next, click the 'Manage AutoPay' link located below the 'Make Payment' button or under the Quick Links section.
Step 4: To update the card that you have on file, click the edit/pencil icon to the right.
Step 5: Update your card information and click 'Save.'
