• Login to your Sparklight Online Account using your username and password. Check our support article if you forgot your username or password.

• Navigate to the Billing section, you will see your payment amount due and due date.

• Click on 'Make Payment' for a one-time payment.

• Choose your payment amount and payment method. You can use a saved payment method or add a new one.

• In the Review Payment section, confirm the amount and payment method. Add your card's security code if asked. You may need to enter an email address. Agree to the terms and conditions and submit.

         TIP: Set up Auto Pay and never miss a payment!

• You will receive a confirmation message once your payment is complete.
