Navigate to the Service Management Section
- Once logged in, go to the Account Settings section from the main menu and scroll to the Manage My Service section.

Select Change Service
- In the Manage my Service section, find and click on the Change Service option
- You will be presented with various service plans and options. Select the plan that best suits your needs and follow the prompts to complete the change.
Step-by-Step Guide for Canceling Your Service Online

- Enter your username and password to access your account. If you don't have an account, you can register for an online account.

Navigate to the Service Management Section
- Once logged in, go to the Account Settings section from the main menu and scroll to the Manage My Service section.

Select Cancel Service
- Before you decide to cancel, consider changing your service instead or contact us if you need to pause your service temporarily.
- If you decide to cancel, click on the Cancel Service option under the Manage My Service section.
