- Login to your Sparklight Online Account using your username and password. Check our support article if you forgot your username or password.
- Navigate to the Billing section.
- Select Payment Method or Manage Payment Options.
- To add a new payment method, select 'Add Payment Method' and choose either Bank Account, Debit Card, or Credit Card and enter your payment details.
- To edit a payment method, click on the edit button and update the information. For security reasons, payment method account numbers cannot be edited, so if the account number changed, you will need to add a new payment method.
- You may need to enter your email address.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Submit to save the changes.
