Follow these steps to update the Primary Admin/HeadofHousehold user.
Note: Only the current Primary Admin/HeadofHousehold user can update the role.
Changing the Primary Admin/HeadofHousehold
1. Using the current Primary Admin/HeadofHousehold user information, log in to your online Sparklight account.
2. Click on the dropdown arrow by your name and then click on “Profile Settings.”
3. Click on the “edit” icon (pencil) next to the user name.
4. Click on “Change Primary Admin Account”
5. Click next to the account you’d like to update to be the new Primary Admin/HeadofHousehold, then click “Complete.”
The system will then log you out. To confirm your updates, you may log in with the new primary admin’s user information and view the profile settings.
