A: Starting with your October billing statement, we will no longer mail you a paper bill. You will simply receive a monthly email reminder with a secure link to your account on customer.sparklight.com, alerting you when your bill statement is ready to view online.

A: It’s easy to view your current bill, billing history or payment history by logging in to your online account. Simply click on “Customer Login” at the top of the Sparklight.com page.
